About the Program:
Our 15-month, compensated residency at Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending clinical practice with an academic framework. The program aims to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, offering a unique blend of mentorship and hands-on experience.
Program Highlights:
Mentorship from Industry Experts: Engage in over 150 hours of direct mentorship under the guidance of Board Certified Orthopedic and Sports Clinical Specialists.
Comprehensive Educational Experience: Your educational journey will be combining clinical practice, observation opportunities, and structured didactic learning.
Skill Enhancement: Learn manual therapy techniques, functional training, modern pain rehabilitation practices, as well as management of orthopedic diagnoses.
Educational Seminars: Attend monthly seminars conducted by Board Certified Clinical Specialists and guest faculty, integrating lecture and practical skills.
Professional Development Opportunities: Participate in the Combined Sections Meeting of the APTA and be involved in community education and teaching activities.
Certification Preparation: Receive focused preparation for the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties exam to earn the OCS credential.
